About me
Alexandra Rusu, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.

BA- Contemplative Psychology & Religious Studies, Concentration in Transpersonal & Humanistic Psychology Naropa University.
I am someone who deeply believes in the power of growth through relationships. I work with both individuals and couples, creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and challenged when needed.
My approach is warm, flexible, and always tailored to the unique person or couple in front of me, drawing from depth psychotherapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and somatic practices. At my core, I care deeply about helping people feel more connected — to themselves, to their relationships, and to life.
As a mother, a wife, a child of immigrants, an artist, and someone who values travel and cultural diversity, I bring a deep appreciation for the complexity of identity, relationships, and lived experience. These perspectives inform my culturally attuned, thoughtful approach to therapy.
